To provide convenient financial services to foreigners, migrant workers, and new immigrants, E.SUN Bank ATMs (including CDM) interfaces support Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese and English.
Accessible ATMs
- In order to provide a customer-friendly financial experience, the currently installed ATMs all meet the needs of customers with disabilities.
- E.SUN Bank has set up talking ATMs in branches, Taiwan Railway stations, government agencies, colleges and universities, and large medical institutions.
- QR code for Chatbot service on ATMs allow customers with hearing or speech impairments to scan and activate online text customer service through their mobile phones to obtain assistance in real time.
- In June 2024, the deposit function on talking ATMs was launched to maintain the financial autonomy of visually impaired customers.
