Primary and supplementary cards can be applied online! You don’t need to mail any paper application.
Primary card application procedures
Verification of primary cardholder's identity
ID verification methods currently provided by E.SUN Bank include:
1. SMS OTP verification
(Limited to the Bank's cardholders and depositors)
2. Verification using credit card issued by other banks
3. Verification using deposit account at other banks (limited to deposit accounts opened at the counter)
4. Verification using citizen digital certificate

If you do not have an E.SUN credit card now, please upload photos of the front and back of your ID card and financial statement.
Supplementary card application procedures
※ Primary cardholders must have the credit card before creating a supplementary card application URL for family members. For example, the primary cardholder must have a U Bear primary card before a family member apply for a U Bear supplementary card.
Primary cardholder creates URL for supplementary card application.
Fill in personal information of primary cardholder
Select "Apply for Supplementary Card"
Fill in personal information of supplementary cardholder
Creates URL for supplementary card application
A URL is effective for 24 hours after it is generated
Application for supplementary card
Enter URL for supplementary card application
The URL is created by the primary cardholder
