The services provided include:

• The E.SUN WebATM website provides you with services such as the ability to make cross-bank transfers, look up your account balance, and look up your transaction records (for E.SUN Bank customers only).
• Together with the E.SUN Labor Pension Card, you can look up the balance and transaction records for your labor pension account online.

• This service is available to all holders of an IC ATM card issued by a domestic financial institution. No applications are necessary.
• A service fee shall be charged for this service according to the Notifications Section. Payment (tax) collection agencies may choose to charge service fees for receiving bill (tax) payments. Service fees are not currently charged for other services.

Before using the E.SUN WebATM, please first confirm that your device meets the following requirements:

• A PC or Notebook able to connect to the Internet.
• Windows operating system: Microsoft operating system that is Windows 7 or above.
• Mac operating system: Mac OS 10.11 or above.
• Linux operating system: 64-Bit Ubuntu version 16.04 or version 18.04.
• Recommended web browser: Microsoft IE 9 or above/ Mozilla Firefox 68 or above/Google Chrome 65 or above/ Safari 10 or above.
• Card reader: IC card reader (without keyboard) compliant with PC/SC standards.
• IC ATM card issued by any domestic bank.

If you are notified to update your plug-in when logging in, please download and install the latest version of the IC ATM card security plug-in.

After preparing all necessary equipment, proceed to the WebATM doctor webpage to check if the service can be accessed.
