- Preferential interest rates are only available for customers with specific income and apply for restricted repayment period for two-years or longer with one-step interest rates.
- A NT$1,000 reduction of fees is provided for specific items; the amount of fees may not be lower than NT$2,000 after reduction and shall be based on actual conditions:
- Previously applied for a personal loan from E.SUN and the loan was successfully disbursed(excluding relief loans).
- Online application and successful application for direct debit from account at E.SUN.
- Holder of the E.SUN's credit card.
- Explanation of annual percentage rate(APR) for loan:
- Calculation example: The loan amount is NT$300,000, loan period is 5 years, the interest rate from 3.35%~16% thereafter, application fees is NT$7,000, and the APR is approximately 4.31%~17.09%.
- All annual rates disclosed herein have been calculated using standard calculation templates provided by the competent authority. The actual terms of loan may differ based on each product, and the annual fee rate may also differ among customers depending on the loan products and credit terms and conditions granted.
- APR is not the same as interest rate.
- The actual amount of charges shall be based on each event.
- The base date for calculating the APR is based on the date of adjustment of the E.SUN Bank's Floated Rate Index from the date of application of the event, please refer to the description of the Floated Rate Index on the E.SUN Bank's website.
- The loan conditions obtained online are only applicable to specific customer groups of E.SUN. E.SUN reserves the rights to final review to approve it or not.
- Prepare related documents and complete loan application before 15:30 on a working day, and receive review results as quick as 1 working day.
- The specialist will reply within service hour(service hour are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays).
- This product will transfer funds in a lump sum.
- E.SUN Bank has not cooperate with any agencies, and does not encourage customers to take out a loan for investing any financial products.

- When the effective period of the credit limit on the agreement for revolving loans expires or the principal is paid off, the original credit limit will also expire and the agreement will not be extended.
- In the restricted repayment period, a penalty equal to 3%-4% of the principal will be charged for early(partial) repayment.
