Online payment methods

Reminder: This service uses e-Bill for payments of credit card bills. The processing fee for each transaction is NT$10, which will automatically be debited from your deposit account during payments (the processing fee not required for accounts at E.SUN Bank). You can choose the following two methods for payment.

Pay credit card bill immediately

Enter the payment information to proceed with online credit card payment

Pay by QRcode

QRcode payment process

    Step1:Scan the QRcode on the printed current statement.

    Step2:Enter your ID number.

    Step3:Select "Total Amount Payable" or "Minimum Amount Due" or user-set amount.

    Step4:Select code of your outward transfer bank.

    Step5:Enter your outward transfer bank account number and the authentication code displayed.

    Step6:Please verify transaction details and press confirm after checking transaction details are correct, please press ‘confirm’ to complete the transaction.

Payment methods without processing fees

E.SUN Bank account for credit card payments

  • Rapid online application:
  • Application via the Bank's ATM: Insert your IC ATM card into the Bank's ATM for application. (This service is only applicable to your E.SUN Bank credit card bill)

    • After completing application for automatic credit card payment, your account number and date of payment s will be displayed in the reconciliation statement. Please do not make the payment by yourself to avoid double payment.

Other  Banks  account for credit card payments

  • Online application + convenience store application:

    Limited to using designated bank accounts for application and debit: Bring the QR Code obtained from online application and the agreed-upon debit bank chip card to FamilyMart FamiPort, Hi-Life Life-ET, or 7-ELEVEN ibon for card insertion verification to quickly complete the application process.

Convenience Store

Use the printed current statement for payment

    Step1:Bring the current statement and cash to the counter of any 7-ELEVEN, OK, FamilyMart, or Hi-Life.

    Step2:Select "Total Amount Payable" or "Minimum Amount Due" (maximum of NT$20,000).


Print out the payment form at a convenience store for payment

    Step1:Use any 7-ELEVEN's i-Bon, FamilyMart's FamiPort, or Hi-Life's Life-ET.

    Step2:Enter your ID number, date of birth, and first 8 digits of your credit card number, and then enter the amount you want to pay.

    Step3:Bring the payment slip you printed out and cash to the counter of a convenience store for payment.

    ※ The amount you paid will be credited 3 business days after the payment date.


Show the barcode on your mobile phone for payments
    This service is only available to clients who have applied for e-statements. Please follow the instructions below.

    Step1:Generate a payment barcode

    • e-Statement: Click "Open e-Statement" and log in according to instructions →Click on the upper right corner to open the side menu →Click "Payment" → Generate payment barcode

    Step2:Present the payment barcode and cash to the counter of a convenience store for payment.

※ Please retain the payment receipt for verification. If you have any questions regarding a payment, please call the Bank's customer service hotline (02) 2182-1313.

Payments E.SUN Bank Personal Internet  banking/Mobile banking

Steps
    Processing fees will be waived if you are an Internet banking user of E.SUN Bank and you use your account for payment.

  • Payments via Internet banking
  • Log in > Click "Credit card counter" > Click "Pay E.SUN Bank credit card bill," and then fill out payment information to complete payment.
  • Mobile banking payment
  • Log in > Click "Pay credit card bill" the "Credit card" menu on the left > Click "Payment via transfer," and then fill out payments information to complete payment.

※ If you have not yet applied for Internet banking, please bring your ID card and original authorized seal for application at any branch in Taiwan.

Phone Banking Payment

Voice transfer procedures

    If you have an E.SUN Bank ’s account, you can apply for the IVR transfer function at the Bank, and will be able to pay your credit card bill by calling the IVR hotline (limited to credit card bills in your name).

    ※ If you do not have an E.SUN Bank ’s account, please go to the Bank to open an account and apply for the IVR transfer function.

    Step1:Call the customer service hotline (02) 2182-1313 or 0800-30-1313 (limited to landline)

    Step2:Press "1" for credit card services → Press "1" to check your statement, credit line → Press "6" to use an account at the Bank for payment

    Step3:Enter your ID number and IVR password → Select a 13-digit E.SUN outward transfer account number → Enter your inward transfer account number for credit card payments (99777 plus your ID number including the English letter, A=01, B=02, and so on, as shown in the table below, 16 digits in total) → Enter the amount you want to pay.

    ※ Code corresponding to English letter in ID number

Payments at a bank or post office

Steps
    Please fill in the payment amount in the payment form of your printed current statement, and make payments at one of the following banks:
  • E.SUN Bank
  • Agricultural Bank of Taiwan and Credit Department of Farmers and Fishermen Associations
  • Chunghwa Post Co. Ltd. (Post Office)
    If you did not bring the reconciliation statement, you must fill out a postal giro deposit slip for payment:
    1. Giro account: 16801381
    2. Account name "E.SUN Bank"
    3. Please specify the ID number of the primary cardholder in the information field of the postal giro deposit slip to credit the payment.

 

※ Please retain your receipt to protect your rights and interests for 1 month after payment, so that it can be used to check accounts.

Payment by check

Steps
    You may issue a non-negotiable check to E.SUN Bank, specify the ID number of the primary cardholder on the back, and mail it to the address below 7 days before the payment due date:
  • No. 10, Alley 17, Lane 42, Zhongxing North Street, Sanchong District, New Taipei City 241460
  • To: E.SUN Commercial Bank, Ltd. Credit Card and Payment Service Division

Payment methods with processing fees

ATM for payments

Steps

    You can use your ATM card issued by the Bank or other banks, and make a transfer at any ATM with the inter-bank transfer function to pay your credit card bill according to the steps below:

    Step1:Insert your ATM Card and enter the password → Select "Payment" → Enter the bank code 808

    Step2:Enter the ATM payment number (99777 plus ID number including the English letter, A=01, B=02, and so on, as shown in the table below; 16 digits in total) or your credit card number

    Step3: Enter the transfer amount (payment amount)

    ※ The Bank does not refund service fees incurred when using an ATM for payments via transfer.

Payments at the Bank's WebATM

Steps
    Make payments at the Bank's WebATM

    Step1: Select the pay bill/tax/fee function, and select E.SUN Bank credit cards (808 E.SUN Bank).

    Step2: Enter the payment number (99777 plus ID number including the English letter, A=01, B=02, and so on, as shown in the table below; 16 digits in total)

    ※ The inter-bank transfer fee is NT$15, and the intra-bank transfer fee is NT$0.


Remittance

Steps

    You can make a payment via remittance at any financial institution nationwide, the remittance account number is 965 plus your ID number including the English letter, A=01, B=02, and so on, as shown in the table below; 14 digits in total. The remittance slip example:

    Step1:If your ID number is A123131313, the remittance account number is 96501123131313 (for corporate clients, it is 965 plus the company's unified business number, 11 digits in total).

    Step2:Account Name: E.SUN Commercial Bank, Ltd. Credit Card and Payment Service Division

    Step3:The Beneficiary Bank: E.SUN Bank Minquan Branch

    ※ The code table corresponding to English letter in ID number

Revolving credit rate: 5.88%-15%(determined by your credit score from the Bank; base date: September 1 2015) Service charges for cash advance (based on the cash advance settlement currency): the amount of cash advance x3.5%+(NTD 100/USD 3.5/JPY 350/EUR 2.5). Other relevant rates shall be announced on the Bank's website and application form.
