World Card: NT$10,000 per card (waived for supplementary card).

Titanium: NT$3,000 per card (waived for supplementary card).

Platinum: NT$900 per card (waived for supplementary card).

Annual Fee

Annual fee waived for the first year, and for all years thereafter for cardholders opting for e-statements.

*Annual fee waived for the year following any year in which a cardholder elects to have his/her insurance premium due to Nan Shan Life Insurance Company, Ltd. automatically charged to his/her Nan Shan Life insurance Co-Branded Card.

*The annual fee waiver threshold does not include the following transactions: non-purchase items such as cash advances, compensations, collections for third parties, operating expenses/handling fees, refund/sales returns, card loss report fees, card production fees, annual fees, revolving credit interest, service costs, default penalties, and disputed transactions. For installment payment transactions, only the first installment will count as a completed purchase, but the total amount will still be aggregated.

Payment of insurance premium to Nan Shan is eligible for 0.2% cashback, which will be credited to the account in the following statement.

For any regular purchase other than Nan Shan premium made with a E.SUN Nan Shan card, we donate 0.1% of the purchase amount to Nan Shan Life Charity Foundation to support its community care programs and help vulnerable patients with financial difficulties to get medical help with peace of mind, thereby helping better the community medical care service network.

Nan Shan Life premium [by installments] (including initial premium and renewal premium) that is automatically charged to an Nan Shan Life insurance Co-Branded Card and meets all of the following conditions is eligible to be converted into 3 or 12 interest-free installments！

Period of automatic payment of insurance premium: 2026/1/1~2026/4/30
To set up an installment plan, you need to register first, and the total installment payments must not exceed the “available credit within the original credit limit of your credit card”; any excess will be charged in a lump sum to your statement.

※ Premium already converted into an installment plan will not be given the 0.2% cashback.
※ If you wish to convert the total amount of premium into an installment plan, when you apply to increase your credit limit, please select “Permanent Credit Limit”, and submit a proof of funds.
※ No installment plan will be provided to Business card or Nan Shan premium paid in a lump sum.
