Q1：How do I qualify for complimentary city parking?
A1：If new regular purchases under the same credit card account number on your current statement reaches the threshold for benefits for your card (see card benefits), you are entitled to a complimentary parking in the following month.
Q2：If I make regular purchases reaching NT$20,000 charged to my Nan Shan World primary card account on the current statement, And the additional card was used to add NT$20,000 in general consumption to the current credit card bill. Can both the original and additional cards be used?
A2：No, because complimentary parking benefit is provided only to an account number with purchases meeting the minimum spending threshold. Therefore, complimentary parking benefit is provided to Nan Shan World primary card only；the supplementary card cannot enjoy complimentary parking benefit because new regular purchases charged to it do not meet the NT$20,000 threshold.
Q3：When can I start using complimentary parking benefit after meeting the minimum spending threshold?
A3：If the statement for Nan Shan World primary card closes on July 13 and the minimum spending threshold has been met,the holder of Nan Shan World primary card can use the complimentary parking benefit at Dodohome and Taiwan Parking during August 1 and August 31.

Q7：How do I make an inquiry on city parking benefit?
A7：
(1) Tap “Inquiry” in the upper left corner of the screen.
(2) Download ESUN WalletAPP > Service > Applications / Inquiry > City Parking Benefit Inquiry.
(3) Download ESUN WalletAPP > Credit Cards > Service Applications / City Parking Benefit Inquiry.
- A cardholder may use only one parking benefit for one car in one day. If the cardholder parks at multiple parking facilities, the parking benefit will count towards the first instance of parking. A holder of an eligible primary or supplementary card or multiple cards eligible for benefit is not allowed to use the parking benefit simultaneously in a single day. No uniform invoice will be issued for a complimentary parking visit or parking fees offset with reward points.
- Parking spanning days is deemed one time parking, and only the complimentary parking visit for the day of exiting the parking facility can be used. Example: If a holder of World primary card qualifying for complimentary parking visits in September enters a parking facility on September 7 at 10 pm and exits on September 9, 06;30 am, the cardholder may use the one complimentary parking visit of 3 hours for September 9.
- The eligibility is determined by the data verified at the time of parking. If a cardholder fails to become eligible because he/she fails to present an eligible credit card of the Bank, or exceeds the maximum times or hours of complimentary parking visits, he/she may exit only by offsetting the parking fees with reward points at the pay station, or by paying cash based on the on-site parking rates announced by the parking management business.
- The number of reward points shall be based on the data verified at the time of parking. Benefits to primary card and supplementary card are counted separately, but only the reward points on the primary card can be used to offset the parking fee. In case of insufficient reward points on the primary card, cash must be paid according to the on-site parking rates announced by the parking management business in order to exit.
- A cardholder eligible for complimentary parking benefit shall use the benefit first. If the parking time exceeds the number of complimentary hours, the cardholder may exit only by offsetting the parking fees with reward points, or by paying cash based on the on-site parking rates announced by the parking management business, at the pay station. A cardholder may use complimentary parking benefit and redeem reward points for offsetting parking fees simultaneously; however, the number of hours allowed to be offset is limited to 2.
- In the case where city parking benefit is used at Dodohome or 24TPS, if a card holder agrees to use the parking benefit at the time of paying for exit but somehow cancels the payment at the pay station due to personal reasons, the benefit will be deemed to have been used and reward points redeemed. Please contract the Bank; we will help return the reward points or apply for refunds from the parking management business.
- Use of city parking benefit requires presentation of a valid E. SUN credit card. In case of insufficient reward points or parking hours longer than the maximum number of hours allowed to be offset, parking fees must be paid on-site according to the parking rates announced by the parking management business; no request for refunds or offsetting the parking fee may be made thereafter.
- Any problems and disputes arising during a cardholder’s parking at Dodohome, Taiwan Parking, or 24TPS shall be handled by the parking facility management regulations of the parking management business; the Bank has no right to intervene. For the said regulations, refer to the announcement made by each parking management business.
- Parking facilities of Dodohome, Taiwan Parking, and 24TPS are responsible for providing only parking spaces, as opposed to guarantee of car safety. Any issue or doubts with respect to car safety during the parking period will be handled by the parking facilities by applicable laws and regulations, and the Bank has no right to intervene.
- Please note that parking facilities of Dodohome, Taiwan Parking, and 24TPS provide a limited number of parking spaces on a first-come first-served basis and will not make announcement when the parking spaces are fully occupied.
- Parking facilities of Dodohome, Taiwan Parking, and 24TPS are franchises whose number might be slightly different from time to time. For the details of parking facilities where the Bank’s eligible customers may enjoy complimentary temporary parking, see the official website of each parking management business, or call Dodohome’s hotline: (02) 2655-0818 / Taiwan Parking service hotline: (02) 2523-5000 / 24TPS service hotline: (02) 2799-1001.
- If a credit card statement closing date coincides with a holiday, the Bank will close the statement earlier. The eligibility for complimentary city parking benefit will be determined by the purchases on the latest statement.
- Matters not provided herein shall be handled by the announcement made by each parking management business on-site.
