Instructions for use

  • Each parking facility has only a limited number of parking spaces and therefore does not provide parking space reservation service. The actual number of parking spaces shall be based on the number of parking spaces available on-site, which will be provided on a first-come first-served basis.
  • For participating parking facilities and the number of parking days applicable to each card category, see Card Benefits.
  • A single car may use only one complimentary parking visit for one card for a single visit. Benefits applicable to an eligible primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder are calculated separately, and the number of parking days applicable to an eligible primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder cannot be combined.
  • Please tap/insert your E. SUN credit card on-site to verify your eligibility for complimentary parking. Applicable parking facilities are enumerated in the following table：
  • Taoyuan International Airport：
    Dodohome’s airport parking facilities providing complimentary parking service are parking lots without a shelter structure or shuttle service. Prior to a visit, please call (03) 398-9898, so that the parking lot can arrange parking service for you.
    “L.A.P Airport Parking Facility” providing complimentary parking service is an outdoor parking lot that doesn’t provide reservation service. It is recommended that you set off early so that the parking facility can arrange parking service for you.

Reminder

1. When entering or exiting the parking facility, be sure to tap/insert your E. SUN credit card of the same account number on-site to verify your eligibility for complimentary parking; you will have to pay based on the parking rates of the parking facility if you fail to bring your E. SUN credit card with you.

2. You are allowed to keep the dashboard camera on.

3. Due to site maintenance, the parking facility does not provide any shade structure.

4. Discounted price for cardholders: NT$250 per day, or NT$300 per day on national holidays.

5. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to up to 5 passengers for a single car entering the parking facility; passengers in excess will be charged NT$100 per passenger, starting from the 6th passenger. Up to 5 pieces of luggage are allowed for complimentary shuttle service; any excessive pieces of luggage will be charged NT$100 per luggage, starting from the 6th piece of luggage.

6. This discounted price for cardholders does not apply to a customer who returned on the same day and did not use the complimentary parking benefit.
