Service description
- Purpose of funds: Due to operating funding needs, loan provided with real estate approved by E.SUN as collateral.
- Loan amount: Total secured loan amount should not exceed E.SUN’s real estate appraised value.
- Loan duration: 1 year, renewal upon expiry, may be automatically renewed up to a maximum of 5 years.
- Loan fee: NTD 5,000 and above per loan.
Documents required for loan application
- Company registration documents
- Articles of Incorporation, Register of directors and supervisors, Register of shareholders.
- Unincorporated of Commercial tenant number: Can provide certificate of Business Registration or partnership agreement.
- Tax reporting documents and balance sheet for the past three years, forms 401/403/405/406 for the past year.
- National ID card of the person-in-charge and the guarantor
- Main passbook of company, person-in-charge, guarantor, or its affiliated enterprises interacting with financial institution in the past year.
- Other documents (such as contract, DM, etc)
