Myanmar Branch
Since the establishment of Representative Office in Yangon, Myanmar, in July 2013, E.SUN Bank has made significant contributions to the economy and financial development of Myanmar. Recognized by the regulatory authority, the branch obtained its license in September 2016 and officially commenced operations in October, becoming the first Taiwanese bank to establish a presence in Myanmar. Under local laws and regulations, the branch is authorized to serve locally registered businesses, offering services such as deposits, remittances, letters of credit, financing, foreign exchange, and internet banking. By integrating of its platforms in the Asia-Pacific financial center, cross-strait regions, and ASEAN countries, the bank provides seamless cross-border financial services to its customers.
