Its strengths lie in a well-established legal system, a stable political and business environment, and abundant natural resources. To expand its operations in the international market, E.SUN Bank established branches in Sydney and Brisbane in 2016 and 2018, respectively.

• Sydney Branch

  Establishing a connection between Australia and Asia by providing customers with superior cross-border financial services.

  Established in 2016, the branch is located on George Street, the main street in Sydney's CBD, and is in close proximity to the Sydney Opera House. Australia's political and economic environment is stable, with Sydney being the crucial financial, economic, and trade center. Sydney is known as the epicenter for Australia's financial services and vibrant business activities.
  Sydney Branch will partner with E.SUN's other Asian branches to provide customers with funding service, financing service, and interest rate and exchange rate hedging service.

  Connecting Sydney and spanning Australia and Asia to satisfy cross-border and local financial services.

  Established in 2018, the branch is located on Eagle Street, in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. It offers a picturesque view of the beautiful Brisbane River and the iconic Story Bridge. Brisbane, as the capital of Queensland, is known for its similar climate to Taiwan and has become a city with a significant number of Taiwanese immigrants.
  In conjunction with the Sydney Branch, the Brisbane Branch will integrate other overseas platforms to partner customers' need for funding/financing/hedging/cross-border services along their expansion journey.

• Taxi: Head to Suncorp Place (formerly AAPT Centre), near the Four Seasons Hotel and Wynyard Train Station.
• Train: Take the T2 Airport, Inner West & South Line from the airport station to Wynyard Station. Exit left from the George Street exit and walk approximately 3 minutes to reach the branch.

I'm an account holder with E.SUN Bank in Taiwan; in this case, can I make withdrawal directly from E.SUN Bank Australia branches?



As our Australian Branches do not provide ATM/cash services, customers with E.SUN Bank in Taiwan may not make withdrawals directly from E.SUN Bank Australia Branches. For making foreign-currency withdrawal overseas with an ATM card, please visit E.SUN's Help Center on its official website.

To modify any deposit services provided to you by E.SUN Bank in Taiwan, please directly contact the E.SUN Bank branch where you opened your account, or please consult the Help Center on E.SUN Bank's official website.

If I wish to open a deposit account with your Australian Branches, do I have to be physically present at the Australian Branches?



To meet AML standards and satisfy AUSTRAC's KYC requirements, you must be present in person at our Australian Branches if you want to open an account with it.

What is required of me if I wish to open an account with one of your Australian Branches?



Note that our Australian Branches do not provide any ATM or cash/passbook/credit card services. To open an account, a customer must effectively complete the KYC requirements and deposit an initial amount as required.

I want to purchase real estate in Australia. How do I take out a loan?



In accordance with its authority to carry on banking business and Australian Financial Services Licence (Licence No: 481 605), E.SUN Bank Australian Branches is only permitted to provide commercial financial products, which may be for the purpose of commercial real estate.
