Introduction to E.SUN Bank Dragon Pass VIP Lounge Benefits

See below if you have any questions regarding the personal information provided to the Dragon Pass app:

1. E.SUN Bank provides airport VIP lounge access services through a signed partnership agreement with Taiwanese company Can Lead International Co. Ltd. Can Lead International is also partnered with Dragon Pass Card Global VIP Lounges, who provides “Dragon Pass VIP Lounge” services on their behalf.
2. E.SUN Bank provides cardholders of some designated credit cards with access to airport VIP lounges, subject to the benefits offered by each card. You may apply for access through the Bank’s official website, or by calling the customer service center.
3. Cardholders of these designated credit cards may apply for a physical Dragon Pass Card, or independently download the Dragon Pass app to register for a Dragon Pass Card number. Cardholders would then be able to access Dragon Pass VIP lounges by either displaying their physical card or code, along with their English name. They are not required to provide other personal information.
