Please be Aware of iMessage Frauds

Dear Customers:

Recently, there are a number of reported SMS fraudulent cases, with many unlawful groups pretending to be public authorities or financial institutions that send notifications and links through iMessage to trick customers into providing personal information.

iPhone users are reminded that if you are not using iMessage for communication, it is recommended to directly "turn off iMessage service". If you are using iMessage for communication, it is recommended to block fraudulent messages by "blocking, deleting and reporting single text messages", "setting not to use email to receive iMessage" or "turning on the function of filtering of unknown senders". E.SUN will never send notifications through iMessage, provide links through iMessage, or request for adding a line ID. Please stay alert and pay attention to the accuracy of the link in the text message. Do not click on any link from unverified sources or to provide your personal information.
