Dear Customer,
Thank you for your support and use of E.SUN Bank credit cards. Some of the Bank’s credit cards (the E.SUN Traveler Card (without electronic stored-value card functions), and the E.SUN Good Luck Card (Green)) shall no longer be issued after June 1, 2021.Existing cards may still be used until expiry, but no replacement card shall be issued once the card expires, becomes damaged, or is reported as lost. Please access the e-Click Online Card Application service on the Bank’s website if you wish to apply for a new card. Thank you!
Due to contract adjustments, the eTag Co-Branded Card shall no longer be issued after June 1, 2021 (including cases where the card has expired, become damaged, or is reported lost). At the same time, 0.1% of the eTag autoreload amount will also no longer be contributed to environmental sustainability accounts. A new credit card type shall be issued as a replacement from June 1, 2021 onwards (please read and understand the “Attention” section below). Should the card be damaged or reported as lost and a replacement card applied for, the Bank shall automatically send you a new card. After activating your new card, the original eTag EasyCard Co-Branded Card shall be de-activated. If you do not activate the new card, your original eTag EasyCard Co-Branded Card can be used until expiry. If you already hold a card that is of the same card type as the replacement card, a replacement card will not be issued. The Bank and Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection still provide ETC payment services (eTag automatic top-up, eTag smart parking). You may apply for these services online on the Bank’s official website.
As a reminder, and in order to ensure that you continue to be able to enjoy the various benefits and rights available to you as an E.SUN Bank credit cardholder, if your original card has already been bound to an ETC service (such as eTag automatic top-up or eTag smart parking), the Bank will first deduct required payment funds from one of your issued and activated cards. Please remember to change your credit card information on file with other payment processors if you have set up automatic insurance payments or other regular payments on your original card.

Replacement card to be issued for designated E.SUN eTag Co-Branded Cards
o If your card was originally a Mastercard, the E.SUN U Bear Card will be issued as a replacement. The E. SUN Signature Business Card will be issued to replace VISA cards, and the E.SUN JCB Precious EasyCard will be issued to replace JCB cards.
o Annual fees will not be charged for new cards issued upon card expiry.
