Do not Provide Others with your Passbook, ATM Card, or Internet Banking to Avoid Becoming a Dummy Account

Do not resell or rent your passbook, ATM card, or Internet banking to others, or follow others’ instructions to operate your account, as this may cause your bank account to become a dummy account. This is suspected of accessory to fraud under the Criminal Law and accessory to money laundering, which may be published with imprisonment for not more than five years!

Common scenarios or tactics for account frauds:

• You can receive commission if you provide an account for billing purposes for an overseas legally registered gaming website.
• Join cell phone communication software to earn easy money immediately with high compensation.
• Become an accounting assistant to help the company receive payments and get paid on commission for each transaction.
• If you provide a number of passbooks and ATM cards for approval, you can obtain a loan quickly with higher loan amount.
