E.SUN Bank Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking will Restrict the Number of Designated Inward Transfer Account Groups.

Dear Customers,

To ensure the security of your account, E.SUN Bank Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking will restrict the number of designated inward transfer account groups from 2024/04/24. If you designate accounts online, you can only have a maximum of 30 designated account groups. The group limitation is based on the individual’s ID Number or business’s Unified Number.
If there are already more than 30 designated inward transfer accounts, they will not be affected. If you need to continue adding accounts online, please delete accounts until you have 29 or fewer accounts (including the 29th account), then you can add new account online. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
