Please Do Not Click On the SMS from Unknown Sources to Protect your Rights and Interests

Recently, some fraudulent groups have been sending phishing SMS to customers' cell phones pretending to be from E.SUN, requesting customers to click on fake URL on SMS for reasons such as bank account abnormalities or system updates that require re-verification. The Bank will not send SMS requesting you to click on the link on the SMS and enter your account number, password, OTP and other authentication information. Except for E.SUN Bank’s website, Internet banking, or E.SUN’s App, please do not provide the above verification information on any other website. If you receive a text message or email pretending to be from E.SUN or from unknown sources, please do not click on the link and call 165 anti-fraud hotline or E.SUN's customer service hotline.
