Recently, it is noticed that there are cases of fraudulent marketing by cold call in E.SUN’s name. Please be reminded that E.SUN Bank does not entrust external units (e.g. marketing companies, consultant companies, etc.) to conduct loans business by telephone, SMS or on the Internet. Please be aware of such issue to prevent frauds.
E.SUN's telephone marketing personnel always indicate the unit, name, and other identity information. All customer information of E.SUN is properly protected with control mechanisms in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and information security regulations. Please call E.SUN’s customer service hotline at (02)2182-1313 or 0800-301313 to be served by our customer service officer, or the National Police Agency's 165 anti-fraud hotline if you have any questions or would like to report any suspected fake cold calls or frauds.
E.SUN hereby declares that it will pursue legal actions without mercy for such fraudulent marketing if proven to be true.
