2023 E.SUN Credit Card Reward Points Redemption Program Notifications (effective from January 1, 2023)

Thank you for your long-term support and use of E.SUN Bank credit cards. The newest Credit Card Reward Points Redemption Program will begin on January 1, 2023. Please refer to our official website Rewards points section for more details on the program and its effective period. You are also welcome to download the E.SUN Wallet and use the app to instantly redeem your reward points for electronic vouchers, and shop for electronic home appliances on the Reward Points Marketplace.

※The following programs will last until June 30, 2023.

1. Reward points equal to card transaction amount (Exclusive to Reward Points Bonus members)
2. Airline mileage (China Airlines, EVA Air, Asia Miles)

※The following programs will last until December 31, 2023:

1. Taiwan High Speed Rail (Upgrade to business class available for specific cards, Points into Cash)
2. Discounted purchases
3. Point redemption (e.Fingo, OPENPOINT, HAPPYGO)
4. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart)

※Notice of changes to the following redemption/discount programs:

1. EZTABLE point redemption will become unavailable from January 1, 2023 onwards. You are welcome to download the E.SUN Wallet app to exchange points for electronic vouchers that can be used at fast food and chain restaurants.

2. The Hi-Life life-et machine redemption service will become unavailable on April 1, 2023. You are welcome to use the 7- Eleven IBON machines, OPENPOINT app, or FamilyMart FamiPort machines to redeem reward points for convenience store items.

3. Mortgage interest discounts will become unavailable from January 1, 2023 onwards. You are welcome to use E.SUN Bank mobile banking e.Fingo services to redeem credit card reward points for e.Fingo points, and use these e.Fingo points to offset your mortgage interest payments.

4. The E.SUN ATM reward points product redemption service will become unavailable from April 1, 2023 onwards. You are welcome to download and use the E.SUN Wallet to redeem electronic vouchers. A wide variety of different vouchers can be redeemed, and redeemed vouchers may be used immediately.

5. Discounts for automatic public utility and public health insurance payments will be unavailable from January 1, 2023 onwards. However, if your bill for December 2022 contains automatic payments eligible for a discount, you may still use your credit card reward points to offset the payment.

6. A monthly 10,000 points limit will be imposed for reward points transfers from January 1, 2023 onwards. For more details, please visit the Reward Points Transfer Page.
