Dear Customer,

Thank you for your support and use of the Bank’s Plus Titanium Cards. Due to the expiry of the agreement between the Bank and Yuan Hsin Digital Payment Co., Ltd., new Plus Titanium Cards will no longer be issued after July 1, 2022. Existing cards may still be used until their expiry date, but once the card expires, becomes damaged, or lost, a replacement card of the same card type will not be issued. The E.SUN U Bear Credit Card (without electronic stored-value functions) will be automatically issued as a replacement. The cardholder will not be issued a replacement E.SUN U Bear Credit Card if they already hold a card of this type. Once the replacement E.SUN U Bear Credit Card is activated, the original Titanium Plus Card will be automatically canceled. You will be unable to use the HappyCash Card functions of the Plus Titanium Card to make purchases and store value from August 31, 2022 onwards. In order to protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the important explanations and service termination dates below.

Service termination dates for making HappyCash purchases/top-ups through the Plus Titanium Card	The HappyCash functions of the Plus Titanium Card may be used at Yuan Hsin’s associated merchants until 11.59pm on August 31, 2022.
Procedures for refunding HappyCash balance stored in Plus Titanium Card	E.SUN Bank shall refund HappyCash balance directly into the cardholder’s credit card account before October 31, 2022. These funds can be used to directly offset the cardholder’s credit card bill. If the cardholder does not possess one of the Bank’s circulated cards, they may apply for this balance to be refunded to their personal account. Please call the Bank’s customer service center to apply.
The methods to request for happyCash card refund information	Please visit Far Eastern Bank's official website at https://www.feib.com.tw/detail?id=506 or call (02) 8073-1166 for inquiries.
Service termination date for the Yuan Hsin customer service hotline	The Yuan Hsin customer service hotline will have its services terminated after 10pm on December 31, 2022.
