Dear Customers:
From July 1, 2022 onwards, the Bank shall adjust benefit program rules and the rights and benefits provided by some of our credit cards for airport VIP lounge/restaurant access and airport outer-zone parking (all benefit offers and amounts are denominated in NTD). The new rules, rights and benefits after this adjustment are as follows:

※ When accessing airport VIP lounge/restaurant benefits, please make sure that you possess the right card type eligible for VIP lounge benefits. You are required to apply for the Dragon Pass Airport VIP Lounge Card online, download the Dragon Pass app to register your digital card after receiving the card number from an SMS, and display the specified digital certificate on your Dragon Pass app before entering the VIP lounge/restaurant to access these benefits.
※ Customers holding multiple different cards may not choose which “complimentary use thresholds” and “number of complimentary visits” apply, nor can spending be combined across multiple credit cards to meet eligibility criteria. The benefit rules and number of complimentary visits applicable to the card offering the highest benefits held by these customers shall apply. Card types ranked by benefits offered: E.SUN World Card, Infinite Card > Nan Shan World Card/Taipei Nan Shan Plaza Diamond Card/Hanshin Arena Infinite Card > Travel Card (The cardholder must be a civil servant currently employed at one of the Bank’s participating units, and who is also eligible to apply for subsidies) > Taipei Nan Shan Plaza Card > Signature Business Card/Corporate Card/Dual-Currency Card > LUXGEN Smart EasyCard Signature Card/Hanshin Arena Signature Business Card.
※ From July 1, 2020 onwards, the Only Card, U Bear Card, E.SUN Carrefour VIP Card, Nan Shan Business Card, and Luna Plaza Co-branded Card will no longer be eligible for complimentary visits. These cards can still be used to enter the VIP Lounge at a discounted rate of NT$750 each time, or allow one Dragon Pass set meal to be purchased at a discounted rate of NT$750.

※ A single car may use only one complimentary parking visit per card per visit. Benefits available to an eligible primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder are calculated separately, and the number of parking visits available to an eligible primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder cannot be combined.
※ Once the complimentary parking limit for the year has been reached, you will be charged the parking fees announced by each carpark.
