Please be aware of fraudulent social media that are not sent from E.SUN Bank

Dear Customers:

Recently, some unscrupulous syndicates have been impersonating E.SUN Bank 's official LINE account to defraud customers of their personal information. Please pay attention to the certified green shield next to the name of the Bank's official account, and note that if the shield is gray, it is not an official account of the Bank.

We remind you that you can protect yourself from LINE community scams in the following ways.:

• Set up IDs and passwords to enhance account security, and do not automatically add friends with phone numbers.
• Avoid joining official accounts from unknown sources, or agreeing to friend invitations from people you don't know.
• Uncheck the auto-friending feature.
• Cancel Allow friends to be added.
• Cancel Allow login from other devices.
