[How to make an insurance claim]
The insured or the beneficiary must submit a written report on the circumstances of the accident/incident and the extent of injury suffered by the insured to the insurance company within 10 days of the accident/incident happening. After being notified to do so, the insured or the beneficiary must also submit required documents to the insurance company as quickly as possible to claim the insurance payout.

    1. Insurance claim form
    2. Attached insurance claim documents (documents providing evidence of credit card payment, evidence for the accident or incident, ticket or other evidence for taking public transport).
    3. Persons claiming death benefits must submit a biopsy certificate, death certificate, the household registration certificate indicating the death of the insured, and the identity documents of the beneficiary.
    4. Insured persons who are functionally impaired are required to provide an additional diagnosis certificate of functional impairment issued by a physician.
    5. Persons claiming payouts for medical expenses must additionally provide a diagnosis certificate or proof of hospitalization, and an invoice or original receipt for the medical expenses incurred.
    6. When necessary, the insurance company may request additional documents required to process the insurance claim.
