Dear Customers:
From January 1, 2023 onwards, the Bank shall adjust benefit program rules and the rights and benefits provided by some of our credit cards for airport VIP lounge/restaurant access, airport outer-zone parking, and airport pick-up/drop-off services (all benefit offers and amounts are denominated in NTD). The new rules, rights and benefits after this adjustment are as follows:

(The primary cardholder is an Advance Member or Elite Member.) |
- Payment of international airfare in full, or payment of 80% or more of expenses for a travel agency’s overseas tour itinerary within 90 days prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services. Additionally, the cardholder must have made new ordinary credit card purchases totaling NT$5,000 or more in the latest billing period prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services, or
- Combined new ordinary credit card purchases of NT$60,000 or more in the three latest billing periods prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services.
A cardholder meeting the minimum spending threshold specified in points 1 or 2 above is eligible for this benefit. |
- Payment of international airfare in full, or payment of 80% or more of expenses for a travel agency’s overseas tour itinerary within 90 days prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services, charged to the same E.SUN World Card. Additionally, the cardholder must have made new ordinary credit card purchases totaling NT$5,000 or more in the latest billing period prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services, or
- Combined new ordinary credit card purchases charged to the E.SUN World Card of NT$60,000 or more in the three latest billing periods prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services, or
- Payment of international airfare or the expenses of a travel agency’s overseas tour itinerary in full, with this payment exceeding NT$5,000 or more, within 90 days prior to the use of the airport VIP lounge/restaurant.

E.SUN World Card
(The primary cardholder is a Priority Member, not a member of the wealth management business) |
- Payment of international airfare in full, or payment of 80% or more of expenses for a travel agency’s overseas tour itinerary within 90 days prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services. Additionally, the cardholder must have made new ordinary credit card purchases totaling NT$10,000 or more in the latest billing period prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services, or
- Combined new ordinary credit card purchases of NT$60,000 or more in the three latest billing periods prior to using the airport VIP lounge/restaurant services.
A cardholder meeting the minimum spending threshold specified in points 1 or 2 above is eligible for this benefit. |

※ Customers holding multiple different cards may not choose which “complimentary use thresholds” and “number of complimentary visits” apply, nor can spending be combined across multiple credit cards to meet eligibility criteria. The benefit rules and number of complimentary visits applicable to the card offering the highest benefits held by these customers shall apply. Card types ranked by benefits offered: E.SUN World Card, Infinite Card > Nan Shan World Card/Taipei Nan Shan Plaza Diamond Card/Hanshin Arena Infinite Card > Travel Card (The cardholder must be a civil servant currently employed at one of the Bank’s participating units, and who is also eligible to apply for subsidies) > Taipei Nan Shan Plaza Card > Signature Business Card/Corporate Card/Dual-Currency Card > LUXGEN Smart EasyCard Signature Card/Hanshin Arena Signature Business Card.
