Thank you for your support and use of the Bank’s credit cards. From February 1, 2023 onwards, the Lucky Titanium Card will no longer be issued. Existing cards may be used until expiry. Upon expiry, damage, or loss the U Bear Credit Card (without electronic stored-value functions) will be issued as a replacement.
In order to protect your rights and interests as an E.SUN Bank cardholder, and for you to enjoy more comprehensive card services and experience, we welcome you to apply early now for the U Bear Credit Card! The U Bear Credit Card offers greater benefits compared to the original Lucky Titanium Card (see figure below). In the near future, we shall gradually begin sending cardholders information on the upgraded benefits offered by the new card through letter or email. If you already possess a circulated U Bear Credit Card, a replacement card will not be issued for your Lucky Titanium Card upon expiry, damage, or loss.
Please be reminded that if you have set up regular payments on your original card for national insurance or public utility fees (such as for your water bill, gas bill, Chunghwa Telecom fees, roadside parking... etc.), the Bank will first deduct required payment funds from one of your issued and activated cards after your original card is replaced. If you have set up automatic insurance payments or other regular payments on your original card (such as: payments for private telecom fees, donations, cable television... etc), please remember to change the credit card details you have provided for these payments.

Attention:
※ From February 1, 2023 onwards, cards that expire, become damaged, or are reported lost will be replaced by the U Bear Credit Card.
※ If you already possess the U Bear Credit Card , a replacement card will not be issued if your original card expires, becomes damaged, or is reported lost.
※ If your original card is replaced by a U Bear Credit Card, annual fees for the card shall be waived as long as you continue to make purchases with the card each year.
※ Upon the expiry of the primary card, all primary and supplementary cards will be issued a replacement card.
※ Once a card issued to replace the primary card is activated, all previous primary and supplementary cards will become canceled. Once a card issued to replace a supplementary card is activated, the original supplementary card will become canceled.
