If you receive a text message or email pretending to be from E.SUN or from an unknown source that cannot be verified, please do not click on the link. Please call E.SUN’s customer service hotline at (02)2182-1313 or 165 anti-fraud hotline if you have any questions. In addition, the website of the Financial Information Sharing and Analysis Center also announces warnings about fraudulent financial websites from time to time, which can be used for reference.

III. Protect your personal identity and information
Do not disclose personal information such as ID numbers, telephone numbers, or Internet banking user names or passwords to avoid being used by cyber criminals.

IV. Be aware of common fraudulent activities on the Internet
There are a number of Internet fraud cases, with scammer methods that have been frequently updated. Please stay alert to common frauds such as email scams and fake websites.

V. Update your password frequently
Avoid setting your password to be the same as your personal information (e.g., birthday, ID number, etc.), and do not give your password to others. It is recommended to change your password from time to time.
