In order to leverage on financial expertise and strengthen the fair customer treatment principles, E.SUN has created a friendly financial services environment to protect the communication autonomy of the hearing-impaired customers. From now on, a total of 139 branches of E.SUN launch the “Remote Sign Language Interpretation Service for Video Conferences” from 09:00 to 15:30 on branch business days (including make-up workdays). When a hearing impaired customer visits E.SUN, our staff will open a video conference with an interpreter to facilitate clear and accurate communication between the hearing impaired and E.SUN, bringing the most heartfelt financial experience to the hearing impaired customer.
Please be reminded that the Remote Sign Language Interpretation Service for Video Conferences is considered as an auxiliary explanation function. It is not a requirement for the expression of the meaning of the application. Relevant application is still based on the application method as stipulated in the original contract (e.g. application signature).
