In order to provide more convenient purchase notification services, the E.SUN Wallet App/E.SUN Banking (Mobile Banking) App/LINE push notifications can be configured to provide unlimited transaction amount notifications and bill payment deadline reminders. These services would allow you to keep track of your credit card purchases at all times, providing greater peace of mind when using the card. From February 8, 2022 onwards, if you have set up push notifications for any of your transaction activities, push notifications for purchases will replace purchase notification texts. You are welcome to set up each of these various push notifications to enjoy the Bank’s digital services.
Setting instructions for each platform:
E.SUN Wallet App
Step 1: Download and login to E.SUN Wallet.
Step 2: Go to “Me”, and select “App Settings”.
Step 3: Select “Notification Settings”, and activate “Transaction Notifications”.
E.SUN Mobile Banking App:
Step 1: Download and login to the Mobile Banking App.
Step 2: Go to “Settings”, and from the notification settings activate “Credit/Debit Card Notifications”.
E.SUN Bank Official LINE Account
Step 1: Add the E.SUN Bank LINE Account, and agree to LINE verification.
Step 2: Read the “Use of Personal Information” agreement.
Step 3: Bind your device to the “Personalized Notifications Service”.
Step 4: Read the “LINE BC Personalized Notifications Agreement”.
Step 5: Complete identity verification and set up notification activities.
