Existing additional credit card rights and benefits will be extended to January 31, 2021. From February 1, 2021 onwards, the Bank shall adjust benefit program rules and the rights and benefits provided by some of our credit cards for airport VIP lounge/restaurant access, airport outer-zone parking, city parking, and airport pick-up/drop-off services (all benefit offers and amounts are denominated in NTD). The new rules, rights and benefits after this adjustment are as follows:

※A cardholder may use only one parking benefit for one car in one day. If the cardholder parks at multiple parking facilities, this benefit may only be applied for one parking facility.A holder of an eligible primary or supplementary card, or a holder of multiple different credit cards eligible for parking benefits, is not allowed to use multiple parking benefits from different cards in a single day. No uniform invoice will be issued for a complimentary parking visit, or if parking fees have been offset by reward points.

※Complimentary city parking FAQ:
Q1: How do I qualify for complimentary city parking?
A1: Your new ordinary credit card purchases charged to the same credit card account number on your statement for the current period must reach the minimum spending threshold for your card type (for example: you must have new ordinary credit card purchases of at least NT$10,000 if you hold a E.SUN Nan Shan World Card) in order to qualify for complimentary city parking the following month.
Q2: I made NT$15,000 and NT$9,000 in new ordinary credit card purchases on my primary and supplementary E.SUN Nan Shan World Card respectively. Do I qualify for complimentary parking benefits on both my primary and supplementary card?
A2: No. The minimum spending threshold applies separately to each card number. Only the primary E.SUN Nan Shan World Card qualifies for complimentary parking in this case, as the new ordinary credit card purchases charged to the supplementary card do not exceed the NT$10,000 threshold.
Q3: When can I start using my complimentary parking benefits after meeting the minimum spending threshold?
A3: If your primary E.SUN Nan Shan World card has its closing date fall on July 13, and you have met the minimum spending threshold, you may enjoy complimentary parking benefits at Dodohome or Taiwan Express car parks from August 1 to 31.
Q4: If my primary E.SUN Nan Shan World Card is eligible for complimentary parking at Dodohome and Taiwan Express, can I park with each different parking provider once a day?
A4: No. One cardholder is only allowed to use only one complimentary parking visit at one parking facility per day.
Q5: I am a holder of a primary E.SUN Nan Shan World Card and primary Signature Business Card, and I have reached the minimum spending threshold on both cards for this period. Am I able to use the complimentary parking benefits granted by each card on the same day?
A5: No. Even if the same cardholder has reached the minimum spending threshold on two different cards, they are only able to use one of the two complimentary parking visits offered in a single day. Examples: If the cardholder uses the complimentary city parking benefits offered to E.SUN Nan Shan World cardholders on August 1, the complimentary parking benefits offered by their Signature Business Card cannot be used on the same date.
Q6: I am a holder of a primary E.SUN Nan Shan World Card and primary Signature Business Card, and I have reached the minimum spending threshold on both cards for this period. How should I make the most out of the complimentary parking benefits offered by both cards?
A6: You are still restricted to only using 1 complimentary parking offer per day per person. You are not able to use the benefits offered by both your primary and supplementary card, or by multiple different credit cards, on the same day.
