Announcement of Amendment to the e-bill and SMS bill User Agreement

The e-bill and SMS bill User Agreement for E.SUN Bank credit cards will be amended on September 1, 2019. If you have any objections to these amendments, please notify E.SUN Bank before the date that these amendments become effective to terminate this service. If you do not do so before this date, you will be deemed as having agreed to these amendments:

2. After you successfully apply for E.SUN Bank credit card e-bill services, we will stop sending paper or SMS bill, and you will receive e-bill on the first business day after the closing date each month.
If you have applied for e-bill services, but an error related to your email address results in the e-bill failing to be delivered, please confirm if you are able to correctly receive emails to your email address before the closing date for the next period. If you fail to do so before this date, E.SUN Bank shall mail paper bill to you for the next period.

If you cancel the e-bill service, E.SUN Bank shall resume mailing you paper bill.
After you successfully apply for e-bill encryption, E.SUN Bank will begin encrypting your e-bill starting from the next e-bill. If you wish to change your password, please complete the procedures for doing so through the "E-bill Settings" option at the E.SUN Internet Banking credit card counter.
After you successfully apply for E.SUN Bank credit card e-bill services, we will stop sending paper or SMS bill, and you will receive an e-bill on the first business day after the closing date each month.
If you have applied for e-bill services, but an error related to your email address results in the e-bill failing to be delivered, the Bank shall deliver your bill for that period using SMS bill instead. If the SMS bill also fails to be delivered, paper bill will be mailed to you.

After you successfully apply for e-bill encryption, the all future e-bill received shall be encrypted. If you wish to change your password, please complete the procedures for doing so through the "E-bill Settings" option at the E.SUN Internet Banking credit card counter.
If you cancel the e-bill service, E.SUN Bank shall resume mailing you paper bill.

If you have applied for SMS bill services, but an error related to your phone number results in the SMS bill failing to be delivered, the Bank shall deliver your bill for that period by mailing you paper bill.

If you cancel the SMS bill service, E.SUN Bank shall resume mailing you paper bill.
