((I) Announcement of Amendment to Credit Card Agreement
Due to new laws and regulations, E.SUN Bank will be amending its Credit Card Agreement from October 1, 2013 onwards. If you have any objections to these amendments, please notify E.SUN Bank before the date that these amendments become effective to terminate your agreement. If you do not do so before this date, you will be deemed as having agreed to these amendments:

Article 14

Paragraph 1

The cardholder agrees that all account payables for that period, ... The Bank shall use the cardholder’s payments to offset account payables in this order: fees, interest, and principle. For the principal balance, payment received from the cardholder shall first be used to offset the minimum principal payment, then used to offset unpaid account payables carried over from the previous period, then used to offset the new account payables incurred during this period. However, if otherwise specified by regulations from the competent authorities, this order shall be based on those regulations. If no regulations from the competent authorities apply, and the Bank’s order and offset methods... The cardholder agrees that all account payables for that period, ... Article 16

Paragraph 1

The cardholder shall settle all credit card transaction payments in NTD. When the cardholder makes a credit card purchase (including applying for a refund) overseas (including in regions which do not use USD), ... the transaction amount shall be directly converted into NTD based on the benchmark exchange rates stipulated by the international credit card organization for the conversion date. The Bank shall also charge cardholders additional fees, based on the foreign transaction service fees required to be paid to the international credit card organization, and the Bank’s own 0.5% service fee. Please refer to the Bank’s website and the information on the credit card statement for more details on the foreign transaction service fees charged by each international credit card organization. (II)   Announcement of Amendments to the Special Terms and Conditions for EasyCard Co-Branded Card

Due to new laws and regulations established by the competent authorities, E.SUN Bank will be amending its EasyCard Co-Branded Card Special Terms and Conditions from October 1, 2013 onwards. If you have any objections to these amendments, please notify E.SUN Bank before the date that these amendments become effective to terminate your agreement. If you do not do so before this date, you will be deemed as having agreed to these amendments:

II.     Should the EasyCard Co-Branded Card be rendered unusable due to becoming contaminated, having its chip degaussed, scratched, damaged, malfunction, loss, or any other reason (hereinafter collectively referred to as the card becoming damaged or lost), the cardholder may request that the Bank re-issue a new card. Unless the card had become damaged or lost due to the fault of the Bank, the cardholder shall pay a card re-issue/replacement service fee of NT$50 per card.  II.     The cardholder may apply for a new card to be re-issued should their EasyCard Co-Branded Card become contaminated, had its chip degaussed, scratched, damaged, malfunction, or otherwise become unusable...

(III)  Announcement of Amendment to the E-Sun Bank Terms and Conditions for Debit Cards with EasyCard Service

Due to new laws and regulations established by the competent authorities, E.SUN Bank will be amending its Debit Card with EasyCard Service Special Terms and Conditions from October 1, 2013 onwards. If you have any objections to these amendments, please notify E.SUN Bank before the date that these amendments become effective to terminate your agreement. If you do not do so before this date, you will be deemed as having agreed to these amendments:

Article 14

Paragraph 1

The Bank may issue a replacement card upon the cardholder's request in the event that the cardholder reports the loss of the Debit Card with EasyCard Service pursuant to Article 13, or if the card has been rendered unusable due to becoming contaminated, having its chip degaussed, scratched, or other reasons (collectively referred to as becoming damaged or lost). Unless the card had become damaged or lost due to the fault of the Bank, the cardholder shall be liable to pay charges listed in Paragraph 2 of this Article. The Bank may issue a replacement card upon the cardholder's request in the event that the cardholder reports the Debit Card with EasyCard service as lost pursuant to Article 13, or if the card has been rendered unusable due to due to becoming contaminated, having its chip degaussed, scratched, or other reasons.
