Dear Customer,
Thank you for your use and support of E.SUN credit cards. Some of the Bank’s credit cards (the E.SUN Summit Card, Labor Pension Combo Card, Labor Pension Card, Good Luck Card, Good Luck Platinum Card, We Can Card) will no longer be issued after March 1, 2020 (see table below for more details). Existing cards may be used until the card expiry date, but if the card should expire(note) or become damaged or lost in the future and require a replacement, the designated replacement card provided in the table below will instead be issued to the cardholder as a replacement. If the cardholder already possesses E.SUN Bank credit card designated as the replacement card, a replacement card will not be issued, and the original card may be used until it automatically becomes canceled upon expiry.
Note: A replacement card of the same original card type will still be issued in February 2020 for cards expiring in March 2020.
In order to protect your rights and interests, you will not be charged annual fees for new cards issued to replace your original card type. If you have set up regular automatic payments for your original card, please remember to change the credit card numbers you have provided for these payments.
Please be reminded that you will still be able to access the labor pension account lookup functions of the Labor Pension Combo Card and Labor Pension Card once these cards have been activated, regardless if the cards have expired. The Labor Pension Combo Card may also still continue to be used as an ATM card. However, if you cancel the card, or if the card becomes misplaced, lost, or damaged, a new replacement card of the same type will not be issued, and you will be unable to use the labor pension account lookup function of the card. Please visit one of the Bank’s service locations to apply for a Labor Pension ATM Card if you wish to continue accessing the labor pension account lookup function.
