If you wish to continue receiving your statement in the original paper statement format, please contact our Customer Service Center at +886-2-2182-1313 for assistance.
We encourage you to enroll in e-Statements (Email Statements or SMS Statements), a convenient and environmentally friendly way to receive your monthly statement and ensure that you never miss important account information.
